Business Policies

The Great Escape Day Spa has the following business policies:

 

All appointment times are reserved specifically for each individual, therefore, The Great Escape Day Spa does require a credit card to secure each appointment.  

 

All services are By Appointment Only ... We have setup an online scheduling system for ease of making appointments.

Late arrivals:

We have reserved your appointment time especially for you. (for example: If your scheduled appointment was for 12:00 noon, we are expecting you at 11:55am or slightly earlier.) 

Please be advised that late arrivals will cut into YOUR appointment time, not the next client's. Your session will end at the scheduled time and you will be responsible for full payment of the session.  

Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more, will be re-scheduled, Client will be required to pre-pay for the next session and any late fees ($25.00 rescheduling fee/discount forfeitures)

 

No Show / Late Cancelation Policy:

Should you miss your scheduled appointment without proper notification (at least 24 hours before appointment start time/48 hours for Couples Massage or appointments over 2 hours)

The Great Escape Day Spa, has authorization to charge a fee of up to 100% of the value of the scheduled service and/or forfeiture of any discounts they may hold.

In addition, the client must pre-pay for any/all future appointments 

 

We request at least a 24 hour notice if you would like to

(48 hours for Couples Massage or appointments over 2 hours) :

   A. Cancel an appointment

   B. Reschedule an appointment 

 

We accept cash or credit card as payment for Services & Gift Certificates  

**No Refunds on Gift Certificates**

 

Monthly Specials

Occasionally we will offer Monthly Specials ...

They may not be combined with any other current offerings

 

****** Inclement Weather Policy ******

To insure the safety of our clients and staff, when any weather advisory is issued, ie: snow, tornado, severe storm warnings, etc ... We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule appointments.  Unfortunately the weather is unpredictable and out of our control. We realize this may be inconvenient, but notice to our clients may be shorter than the 24 hour notice.  Please realize we are concerned with everyone's safety.  Thank you for your cooperation.
