Swedish Massage is a gentle, light pressure, relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve it's circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Swedish Massage
This massage concentrates on the Back, Neck & Shoulders. It combines the soothing Swedish massage strokes with firm but gentle, deeper pressure and extra attention to the shoulders and back of the Deep Tissue massage. It also includes a foot scrub, hot towels and a foot massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. A slightly deeper, but gentle pressure is utilized to melt the layers of fascia, soft tissue & muscle.
Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable.
Soothing Stone Massage
Can be added to any massage for $30 (30 min)
Soothing Stone Therapy is a style of massage where Swedish massage techniques and heated stones are used on the body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Now offering on site Chair Massage for your office !!
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
In ear candling, a specially made fabric tube coated in wax is first inserted through the hole of a container to catch the burned debris. Then the narrow tip of the candle gets placed gently in the opening of the ear canal as you lie on one side. The person performing the ear candling lights the other end of the candle and holds it at a slightly tilted angle. As one end of the candle burns, the hollow tube becomes a vacuum, drawing wax and impurities out of the ear and into the tube.

Lymphatic Facilitation, also called Lymphatic Massage or Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM), is an extremely gentle form of massage used to increasing the healing process and the function of the nervous, lymph and muscular systems. Lymph is a clear colorless fluid comprised of water, cellular components, fatty acids, and proteins. Its function is to move these components back to the blood, balance the body's fluids, and remove bacteria from the system. Lymph circulation is improved through gentle, slow, rhythmic movements made in a specific direction and progression on the patient's body. LDM is most commonly used to treat lymphedema. It is also effective in the treatment of colitis, edema, colds, arthritis, allergy conditions, psoriasis and sinus conditions.
Lymphatic Facilitation is an excellent form of therapy for many conditions, however, there are certain conditions that are contraindicative. These include malignant tumors, phlebitis, infection, thrombosis and major heart problems. It is also important that Lymphatic Facilitation be used with extreme caution in any condition that can be complicated or exacerbated by increased lymph circulation. Examples of these types of conditions are asthma, congestive heart failure, thyroid conditions, kidney disorders, menstruation and cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. It is also recommended by the National Lymphedema Network that patients taking anticoagulants for vascular disease be screened for blood clots prior to treatment with close monitoring.

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
